Hollie Knapp-Fisher

Hollie Knapp-Fisher is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within the public sector and communications. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for the Town of Greater Napanee since July 2022, Hollie has also held positions such as Acting Manager and Human Resources Safety & Wellness Advisor. Previous experience includes roles as Human Resources Advisor and Associate at the County of Lennox and Addington, and Communications and Events Coordinator at Southeastern Ontario Academic Medical Organization, where event organization and brand identity development were key responsibilities. Hollie's background also features significant communication roles in Utilities Kingston, Pampered Chef, and Queen's University, where expertise in content creation and communication strategies was developed. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management from St. Lawrence College and a Bachelor's in Business Studies from Waterford Institute of Technology, complemented by a focus on Integrated Marketing Communications at St. Lawrence College.
