Robert Risley

Robert Risley has extensive experience in engineering and construction, currently serving as the Principal Engineering Technician for the Town of Greenburgh, NY, since May 1997. Responsibilities include construction inspection, subdivision oversight, project plan review, and environmental protection. Prior experience includes working as a field technician at Bournazos Surveying, where Robert gathered survey data, and as a mason with Candullo Bros. Concrete, where all phases of masonry and labor work were performed. Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts in Legal and Policy Studies from Fordham University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Civil Engineering Technology from SUNY Westchester Community College. Additional education includes studies in Biology at Pace University and a Regents Diploma from Horace Greeley High School.
