Jeff Jelsma

Jeff Jelsma is a seasoned professional in civil engineering with extensive experience in development engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Development Engineering for the Town of Halton Hills since August 2008, Jeff oversees review, approval, inspection, and construction management activities within the Engineering Division. Previous roles include Engineering Development Coordinator, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with engineering standards, and Contract Administrator at R.J. Burnside and Associates Limited, managing construction tenders and agreements. Jeff's educational background includes a Civil Engineering Technologist degree from Humber College and specialized training in municipal infrastructure through the Ontario Good Roads Association.
