Haley Thore

Haley Thore, MPA, PHR®, is currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at the Town of Hillsborough. Prior to this role, Haley held various positions within the human resources department at Orange County Government in Hillsborough. Haley also worked as a Graduate Assistant at East Carolina University, where Haley focused on research projects related to public power companies and economic development. Haley holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from East Carolina University.
