Mike Demaria

Mike DeMaria is a seasoned professional in sport management and operations, currently serving as the Beach Operations Manager for the Town of Hilton Head Island since March 2023. Previously, DeMaria held leadership roles such as Director at The Oldfield Club, Chief Operating Officer at Athletes First Sports, and Senior Director of National Operations at MVP Sports Clubs, among others. With over two decades of experience in managing athletic and wellness facilities, overseeing large teams, and driving operational strategies, DeMaria has demonstrated expertise in enhancing member experiences and promoting health and fitness initiatives. DeMaria’s career also includes military service as a Senior Airman in the United States Air Force and an academic foundation with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Christopher Newport University.
