Tommy Sunday

Tommy Sunday, CGCIO, currently serves as the Director of Technology and Innovation for the Town of Hilton Head Island since August 2022. In addition, Tommy is a co-owner of Sunday Solutions, LLC, a consulting firm providing technology assistance and services, and a Consulting Associate for Mercer Group Associates. Previously, Tommy held the position of Chief Technology Officer for the Town of Bluffton from May 2015 to August 2022. Tommy's earlier roles include Interim IT Director at Beaufort County Schools and IT Support Specialist at Rutherford Regional Health Systems. Tommy's extensive experience in technology management began at Rutherford County Schools. Tommy's educational background includes certifications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and degrees from several institutions, including the University of Arkansas and Gardner-Webb University.
