Town of Holly Springs
Conor Ryan, MPA, CZO, currently serves as a Planner I and Planning Technician for the Town of Holly Springs since June 2022. In addition, Conor has been the Head Lacrosse Coach for Red Devil Lacrosse since March 2021. Previous experience includes an Analyst role at CivicPulse, where Conor conducted independent research and analysis pertinent to local government administration, and a Research Assistant position at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Graduate Fellowships Office, which involved managing communications and supporting database management. Conor also worked as a Communications Intern for the Town of Morrisville, assisting with significant municipal projects, and held a Planning Intern position with the City of Graham, focusing on municipal growth strategies. Early career experience includes an internship at CoOperative, where policy research and recommendations were developed for the City of Graham. Conor holds a Master of Public Administration in Local Government from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Elon University.
