LeeAnn Plumer, CPRP, currently serves as the Director of Parks and Recreation for the Town of Holly Springs since February 2019. Prior experience includes managing the Administrative Services Division for the Town of Cary and leading the Holly Springs Chamber of Commerce as Executive Director. LeeAnn's earlier roles encompassed key administrative and leadership positions within various parks and recreation departments, such as Chief of Administration at Baltimore Recreation and Parks and Director of Recreation and Parks for the City of Annapolis. With a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Education in Recreation Administration from Bowling Green State University, LeeAnn has a robust background in operational leadership, program implementation, and fiscal oversight, contributing significantly to the development of effective parks and recreation services.
