David Hayes

David became a New Jersey Certified Public Works Manager in 2018 and has over 28 years of experience in local government. He began his career with the City of Hackensack in 1991. During that time he received several promotions and learned about the many facets of municipal government. He obtained his electrical license in the State of New Jersey in 2000 and has successfully owned and operated an electrical contracting company for nearly 20 years. He was appointed the Superintendent of Kearny Department of Public Works in 2020 and currently serves in that position.
