Beatriz Lopez

Beatriz Lopez is a dedicated law enforcement professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Patrol Officer and Peer Support Team Member for the Town of Kernersville since August 2021, Beatriz provides crucial support to fellow officers during times of crisis. Previously, as a School Resource Officer and Patrol Police Officer at Appalachian State University from May 2019 to May 2021, Beatriz focused on crime prevention and community engagement on campus. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree from Appalachian State University, complemented by experience as a Recruiter and Police Cadet to further develop law enforcement skills. Additional roles include leadership as a Student Supervisor at Plemmons Student Union and various administrative responsibilities as Office Supervisor at Carolina Landmark Realty, LLC.
