Scott Cunningham

Scott Cunningham, PhD, is an accomplished law enforcement professional with extensive experience in leadership and training roles. Currently serving as a National Executive Trainer for Fair & Impartial Policing since February 2015, Scott delivers training on implicit bias and community relations to diverse audiences across the United States. Scott has held multiple significant positions, including Chief of Police for the Town of Kernersville and the Winston-Salem Police Department, where leadership and strategic operational improvements were emphasized. Additionally, Scott has experience as a Team Leader with CALEA, an independent reviewer of law enforcement agencies, and served as a lecturer at Texas State University, educating students on criminal justice topics. Educational credentials include a PhD in Adult Education and Organizational Management from the University of South Florida, a Master of Professional Administration from Golden Gate University, and a bachelor's degree from Indiana University Bloomington.
