Scott Willis

Scott Willis has over 24 years of experience in project management and construction, currently serving as a Project Site Manager at Arden Group, LLC since October 2015, where responsibilities include coordinating construction activities with contractors and government agencies. As an on-call project management contractor for the Town of Kernersville since June 2015, Willis supports public improvement projects during various phases. In addition, as the Managing Member of Proficient Project Management and Consultant Services, LLC, Willis delivers project management and inspection services to local municipalities. Previously, Willis served as Chief Construction Inspector for the Town of Kernersville from 1998 to 2015, and held various roles at NCDOT from 1988 to 1998, gaining extensive experience in transportation, surveying, and construction management. Education includes a degree in Tool & Die Machining from GTCC and studies at NCSU.
