Kate Hodges is an experienced Town Administrator currently serving the Town of Lancaster since April 2022. Prior to this role, Kate held various positions in the Town of Concord, MA, as both Deputy Town Manager and Assistant Town Manager from February 2015 to June 2022. Kate also worked as the Director of Parks, Recreation & Community Education for the Town of Littleton from April 2008 to January 2015 and served as the Director of Parks and Recreation in the Town of Coventry, CT, from August 2004 to April 2008. Kate earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Women's Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Master's degree in Public Administration and Public Policy from Framingham State University.
