Stephen Holyfield

Stephen Holyfield has a diverse work experience in various roles related to emergency services. Stephen started their career in 2001 as a Per Diem Public Safety Dispatcher for the Mohegan Tribe. Stephen then worked as a 911 Dispatcher for the Town of Waterford CT and later for the Mohegan Tribe as a 911 Dispatcher (Full time). In addition to their dispatcher roles, Stephen has also worked as a Confined space attendant / rescue for JLN Associates LLC and a Surety Bail Agent for EZOut Bail Bonds. Stephen has also served as a Telecommunicator 3 for the Town of Groton, CT. Stephen has displayed extensive experience in firefighting and emergency medical services as a Firefighter / EMT for the City of Meriden and the Poquonnock Bridge Fire District. Stephen has also held the role of Firefighter for the Town of Ledyard Ct. Stephen's most recent role is as a Deputy Emergency Management Director and Administrator of Emergency Services for the Town of Ledyard Ct.

Stephen Holyfield attended Rockville High School from 1992 to 1996 where they obtained their Diploma in General Studies. Stephen then enrolled at the University of Rhode Island from 1996 to 2000 and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Wildlife Biology. Later, they pursued further education at Three Rivers Community College where they completed an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Fire Science/Firefighting, which concluded in 2011.
