Andrew Neylon, MPA, CZO, CFM, has extensive experience in planning and management within municipal settings and the private sector. Currently serving as Planner II for the Town of Leland since June 2015, Andrew previously held roles as Leasing Director at Grayco Properties, LLC, and General Manager at Tinyz Tavern. Early experience includes a Planning Intern position for the Town of Leland and a Teaching Assistant role at UNC Wilmington. Additional involvement encompasses programmatic support for nonprofit organizations and a Public Information Intern role for New Hanover County. Andrew holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations/Image Management from Eastern Michigan University.

Town Of Leland is a Government Agency located in 102 Town Hall Drive in Leland, North Carolina, United States. Leland is a town in northern Brunswick County, North Carolina. It lies west of the Brunswick River and directly west of downtown Wilmington. Since its incorporation in late 1989, Leland has grown from 1,200 citizens to approximately 20,000 as of 2017.
