Stephanie Putnam

Stephanie Putnam, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager for the Town of Leland since September 2022. Prior to this role, Stephanie worked at Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage as a Licensed Real Estate Broker from October 2018 to September 2022. Additionally, Stephanie gained valuable experience at THE ROGER BACON ACADEMY from October 2019 to August 2022, holding multiple roles including Human Resources Compliance Specialist, Benefits Coordinator, and Finance Assistant. Stephanie holds a degree from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where studies took place between 1998 and 2010.
