William Lear, MBA, is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Project Manager for the Town of Leland since March 2020, William has held significant roles including General Manager at Meyer Jabara Hotels and Island Hospitality Management, and General Manager and Assistant General Manager at Crestline Hotels & Resorts. Additionally, William was President of Anchor Hospitality Consulting and an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, teaching courses on budgeting, finance, and hotel management.
