Abby Dornbusch

AC Dornbusch is an experienced educator currently serving as a Middle School Science Teacher at the Town of Lexington since March 2022. Previously, AC worked at Lawrence Public Schools from August 2018 to March 2022, where roles included Science Teacher and restorative justice curriculum developer. AC has a robust background with Teach For America from June 2013 to August 2019, contributing as a Corps Member Advisor, content team lead, and partner teacher, focusing on culturally responsive pedagogy. Earlier experience includes teaching high school science at St. Louis Public Schools and serving in various coaching roles. AC holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science and Policy and Education from Smith College and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Maryville University of Saint Louis.
