Frank Archer Jr. began their work experience in 1995 as a Patrol Officer for the Town of Mansfield, MA Police Department. Frank then served as a Detective for the Mansfield Police Department from 2004 to 2011. In 2011, they became a Patrol & Administrative Sergeant for the Mansfield Police Dept. Frank later took on the role of Lieutenant - Operations in 2013. Currently, they are serving as the Acting Deputy Chief for the Town of Mansfield, MA since May 2023.
