Ann Berkman

Ann Berkman has a diverse and extensive work experience that spans over several decades. Ann started their career as an Assistant Vice President and Divisional HR Director at Chemical Bank, where they worked from 1974 to 1984. Ann then took on the role of HR Generalist at the National Optical Astronomy Observatories from 1994 to 1995. After that, they served as the Regional HR Director at Rural/Metro Corporation from 1995 to 2004. From 2004 to 2008, they worked as the Manager of Employee Relations and Benefits at Sunquest Information Systems. Following that, they served as the Assistant Human Resources Director at the Town of Marana from 2008 to 2015, during which they were responsible for various HR programs and initiatives. In 2013, they became the Past President and Membership Chair at SHRM-GT and, in 2014, they were the Programs Chair at the same organization. Ann also held multiple leadership positions at SHRM-GT, including Professional Development Chair from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, Ann Berkman was the owner and consultant at Organizational Excellence from 2015 onwards.
