Cynthia Alejo

Cynthia Alejo, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources and public relations, currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist for the Town of Miami Lakes since May 2006. In this role, Cynthia manages employee benefits, job vacancies, recruitment, and employee training. Prior to this, Cynthia held the position of Director of Community Relations at Catholic Hospice from 1998 to May 2006, where responsibilities included directing public relations, fundraising, and conducting employee training on customer service, team-building, and communication skills. Additionally, Cynthia served as a Public Relations Coordinator at Catholic Hospice, coordinating communication efforts and developing media relationships while overseeing marketing material production. Cynthia holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Barry University.
