Jeffrey Lord

Jeffrey Lord is an experienced municipal administrator, currently serving as the Town Administrator for the Town of Monks Corner since June 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing the municipal government's administrative affairs. Prior roles include City Administrator for the City of Westminster and City Manager for the City of Walterboro, each with similar duties, as well as a Director of Finance and Administration role. Jeffrey has developed key initiatives such as a performance management system and a community policing outreach program during tenure in previous positions. Additionally, experience includes teaching public policy courses as an adjunct professor at the University of South Carolina at Salkehatchie and serving as a Combat Engineer in the United States Army. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from Auburn University and a Master of Public Administration from the College of Charleston.
