Violet Carter Sphr

Violet Carter SPHR, SHRM-SCP, possesses extensive experience in human resources across various sectors. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist for the Town of Mooresville, NC since January 2020, Violet has previously held the position of Human Resources Analyst - Systems/Recruitment for the City of Concord, NC, overseeing recruitment and performance management systems for a workforce of over 1,000 employees. Prior to that role, Violet was the Human Resources Manager at Southeastern Metal Products LLC, managing HR operations at a metal-forming manufacturing company. Violet holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from Western Carolina University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from Amridge University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Central Piedmont Community College.
