Brian Dolan is an experienced municipal leader currently serving as the Interim Town Manager for the Town of Moraga since January 2023. Prior to this role, Brian held various positions, including Interim City Manager, Assistant City Manager, and Director of Community Development in the City of Pleasanton from April 2008 to May 2022. Before Pleasanton, Brian was the Development Services Director for the City of Vallejo, California, from 2005 to 2008. Brian transitioned to retirement in June 2022 before returning to municipal management. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in City and Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley.

The Town of Moraga, incorporated in November of 1974, is nestled on 9.54 square miles of the beautiful hillsides of the East Bay in Contra Costa County.
