Town of Moraga
Nick Polsky serves as the First Vice President at Bishop Ranch since June 2024, contributing to an in-house asset management and leasing team at Sunset Development for a mixed-use development project. In addition, Nick has been a Planning Commissioner for the Town of Moraga since February 2022. Previously, Nick was a Senior Vice President at Colliers from October 2011 to May 2024, focusing on tenant representation in the San Francisco Bay Area. Earlier career roles include positions at Cleantech Group, Equistone Partners, and CB Richard Ellis. Nick holds a BA in Political Science and International Relations from UC San Diego and has additional experience from the University of Sydney.

Town of Moraga
The Town of Moraga, incorporated in November of 1974, is nestled on 9.54 square miles of the beautiful hillsides of the East Bay in Contra Costa County. This semi-rural and peaceful community is a small general law city of about 16,000 residents.
