Charles Larson, P.E., PMP, has extensive experience in civil engineering and project management, specializing in pavement management, climate preparedness, and sustainability planning. Currently serving as the Manager of Strategic Projects for the Town of Nantucket since January 2017, Charles is leading initiatives focused on climate resilience, including a town-wide assessment of PFAS contamination. As a Principal at Agile Engineering and Consulting PLLC since October 2018, Charles provides expertise in civil engineering and project management. Previous roles include Principal Consultant at ISG, Chairman of the TRB Committee AFD10 on Pavement Management Systems, and various engineering positions with the Virginia and Connecticut Departments of Transportation. Charles holds a Master of Science degree from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
