Denice Kronau currently serves as a Mentor at The ExCo Group since September 2020, offering professional mentoring to enhance leadership effectiveness. Kronau is the Chairperson of the Finance Committee for the Town of Nantucket, a position held since December 2019, having been a committee member since July 2017. Additionally, Kronau is the Vice President of The Dreamland, Nantucket's non-profit Film and Cultural Center, and has been self-employed as an author and speaker since June 2014, with a focus on career passion through the book "Falling in Love With Work." Prior experience includes roles at Siemens AG as Chief Diversity Officer and at Siemens Healthineers as Chief Financial Officer and EVP, alongside leadership positions in global shared services and financial management within the organization. Kronau's career began with a consultancy role at Gunn Partners from 1999 to 2002. Education includes attendance at West Virginia University and Tamarac High School.
