Jay Patterson

Jay Patterson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Jay has worked as a District Fire Chief, Suppression Captain, and Firefighter/Company Officer/Instructor at the Town of New Tecumseth. During their time there, they were responsible for emergency response, fire suppression operations, training program development, and administration.

In addition, Jay founded Stillwater Consulting Limited, where they created technology-based tools for training and firefighter safety. Jay developed an e-Training and records management platform called FLMS (Fire Learning Management System), as well as Fire Department Standard Operating Guidelines.
