Ryan Otto

Ryan Otto has a strong background in engineering and public works. Ryan started their career as an Engineering Intern at Farnsworth Group, Inc. in 2001 and worked there until 2005. Ryan then joined the City of Bloomington, IL, where they held roles such as Project Engineer and later Assistant City Engineer from 2005 to 2018. Since 2018, they have been working at the Town of Normal, IL, initially as the Town Engineer and currently holds the position of Director of Public Works & Engineering.
