John Borgesi, a civil engineer by education, has held various engineering positions in different companies before joining the Town of North Andover as the Town Engineer. John then advanced to Assistant Director/Town Engineer in the same town. Prior to that, John worked as an Assistant Civil Engineer in the City of Methuen, and as a Project Manager in Woodard & Curran.
