Matthew McCoy

Matthew McCoy has a diverse background, with extensive experience in both military and civilian roles. Currently serving as a Town Councillor for the Town of North Kingstown and as a Director for the Quonset Development Corporation, Matthew also offers consultancy services through J2 Research & Analysis, LLC. Previous roles include Operations Specialist at Network and Simulation Technologies Inc. and Consulting Technical Training Specialist at Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems, where Matthew played a significant role in developing and delivering training for mission system operators. A veteran of the US Navy, Matthew held various leadership positions, including Operational Test Director and Air Defense Officer, contributing to the operational testing and management of advanced systems. Matthew holds an MBA from Northcentral University, a Bachelor's degree from Excelsior University, and an Associate's degree in Administration/Management Studies.
