Chen Zhang

Chen Zhang is a data scientist specializing in asset management at the Town of Oakville since November 2022. Prior to this role, Chen served as a project engineer in water resources at Wood from April 2017 to October 2022 and held the position of engineering intern at Ainley Group from July 2016 to April 2017. Chen's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Water Resources Engineering from the University of Guelph, where a postdoctoral fellowship was completed from November 2015 to April 2016. Earlier education includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Hydrology and Water Resources Engineering from Northwest A&F University, obtained in 2011.
