Chris Selman

Chris Selman is an experienced museum professional currently serving as Curator & Collections Coordinator for the Town of Oakville since May 2023. Previously, Chris was the Curator at Museums of Burlington, where responsibilities included overall collection management and exhibition development. Prior roles include Assistant Registrar for the City of Toronto, with a focus on artifact collection control, and a series of consulting and project coordinator positions that involved significant contributions to collections management, preventive conservation, and educational programming. Chris holds a Diploma in Collections Conservation & Management from Fleming College and a BA Honours in History from Trent University.
