Lina Marinova, PMP, CMP, serves as the Senior Manager of Strategic Business Services for the Town of Oakville since September 2012, focusing on innovative business solutions, process improvement, and managing a team of 15 professionals. Previously, Lina held various roles at the Region of Peel from 2005 to 2012, including Program Manager for Customer Service Integration, where leadership in a $10 million customer service transformation program was key.
