Swaraj Mann

Swaraj Mann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate strategy, nonprofit governance, and legislative research. Currently serving as the Manager of Corporate Strategy for the Town of Oakville since March 2021, Swaraj also holds leadership roles as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at Support House and as a Director on the Board of Directors for Punjabi Community Health Services. Prior consulting experience includes work with MacPhie & Company Inc., Sienna Senior Living, and Journalists for Human Rights. Previously, Swaraj was Deputy Director of Strategic Research and Policy at the Legislative Assembly of Ontario, where responsibilities included strategizing for government officials and managing issues for over 30 ministries. Additionally, Swaraj has a legal background, having practiced law with a focus on civil, family, criminal, and immigration law. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from Western University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Schulich School of Business - York University, among other qualifications.
