Todd Francis

Todd Francis has over 15 years of management experience in recreational services, currently serving as Manager for the Town of Oakville since July 2007, and previously held the position of Manager of Recreational Services for the City of St. Catharines from March 2005 to June 2006. Before transitioning into management, Todd Francis was a professional hockey player with the Montreal Canadiens, where Todd was drafted 35th overall in the 1983 NHL Entry Draft and signed a three-year contract. Todd Francis completed studies in Law and Security at Conestoga College between 1991 and 1992.
