David Allred

David Allred is an experienced water operations professional with a diverse background in water quality, compliance, and operations management. Currently serving as the Water Operations Manager for the Town of Oro Valley since September 2020, David previously held various roles including Water Quality and Compliance Supervisor, Environmental Coordinator, and Regulatory Compliance Inspector with the City of Avondale, AZ from May 2014 to September 2020. David also owned and operated Affordable Backflow Services LLC, specializing in backflow prevention, from October 2005 to March 2017, and served as Operations Superintendent at Brooke Utilities Inc from October 2006 to February 2014. Earlier in the career, David worked as a Water Operator/Maintenance Mechanic with the U.S. Forest Service from May 2005 to October 2006.
