Richard Freer has extensive experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and civil engineering. Currently serving as Senior GIS Administrator for the Town of Oro Valley since February 2019, Richard previously worked as a GIS Analyst and GIS Technician for Pima County from March 2014 to February 2019. Richard's career began in the United States Air Force, where responsibilities included directing civil engineering design, drafting, surveying, and contract surveillance from 1989 until June 2013. Richard holds a high school diploma from Wakefield High School, completed between 1986 and 1989.
