Troy Simon currently serves as the Assistant Town Prosecutor for the Town of Oro Valley, a position held since November 2005, where responsibilities include litigating misdemeanor offenses and advocating for alternatives to prosecution through counseling and treatment. Prior to this role, Troy was the Supervising Deputy County Attorney for La Paz County's Narcotics Task Force and also served as the City Prosecutor and Deputy County Attorney for Parker, Arizona, handling various misdemeanor and traffic offenses. Troy's legal career began at Southern Arizona Legal Aid Inc., assisting those in financial need, and prior to entering law, held management positions in retail and sales. Troy obtained a Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from San Diego State University.
