Town of Paradise
Brian Solecki is an experienced project manager currently serving as the Project Manager for Recovery and Economic Development at the Town of Paradise, where Brian leads the liaison efforts between various government and private agencies related to recovery from the 2018 Camp Fire. Previously, Brian was a Program/Project Manager at Sof-Tek, managing the planning and logistics for a light manufacturing facility move. As the Campaign Manager and Chief of Staff for Audrey Denney in California's Congressional District 1, Brian oversaw finance and communications for the campaign. Prior roles include Public Information/Camp Fire Emergency Operations Community Liaison for Butte County and Chaplain for the Chico Police Department, as well as serving in various pastoral roles at Bidwell Presbyterian Church. Brian holds multiple master's degrees in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary and North Park Seminary, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Geology from California State University, Chico.

Town of Paradise
The Town of Paradise is a community of 9,000 residents in the beautiful Sierra Nevada foothills about 15 miles east of Chico and 80 miles north of Sacramento. Since 2018, Paradise has been recovering and rebuilding after experiencing the 2018 Camp Fire. Founded in November 1979, the Town is a full-service municipality offering police protection; fire prevention, suppression and medical aid; community development, planning and building safety; public works, capital improvements, and street maintenance; and housing and business development programs. The Town is run through a council-manager form of city government. The Paradise Town Council is the chief policy making body for the Town. The Council is comprised of five members elected at large by the community to four-year staggered terms of office. The Town Manager leads staff in executing the vision and priorities established by the Town Council.
