David P. Belaskas

David has served on the Town Board since 2019. David received a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University. He is also a licensed professional engineer and code enforcement official in the State of New York. David was a member of the Perinton Conservation Board for more than 18 years, including recently as Deputy Chairman. David is currently the Director of Engineering and Facilities Management for the Rochester Genesee Regional Transportation Authority. During his time at RGRTA, David has worked on many projects, including the new RGRTA administration building and renovation of the existing building, the downtown transit center and is currently managing the infrastructure upgrades for RGRTA’s electric bus program. David has volunteered as a coach for youth flag football, little league baseball and Odyssey of the Mind.
