Felicia Leach

Felicia Leach has over 15 years of experience in the field of plans examination and customer service within municipal and retail environments. Currently serving as a Plans Examiner for the Town of Prosper since July 2015, Felicia previously worked for the City of The Colony, Texas, in various roles including Plans Examiner/Inspector and Development Services Coordinator, where responsibilities included supervising Permit Technicians and managing customer inquiries related to permit applications. Felicia began their career as a Sales Tax Audit Clerk at Sally Beauty Company, maintaining tax documentation for a large customer base. Felicia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colorado Christian University.
