Todd Rice

Todd Rice serves as the Director of Communications for the Town of Prosper since July 2021, overseeing communications, marketing, public relations, and community engagement. Previously, Todd held roles such as Communications Manager and Public Information Officer for the City of Plano and Senior Marketing Coordinator for the City of Allen. Experience also includes positions in admissions and marketing at Senior Care Centers and social media management at ReachLocal and Cinsay. Todd's educational background features a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, and Communications from the University of North Texas, complemented by a strong track record in fostering community relations, building trust, and enhancing communication strategies across various organizations.
