Kevin Brennan

Kevin Brennan has over 16 years of experience across various roles in property assessment and analysis. Currently serving as a Field Technician for the Town of Sandwich since July 2017, Kevin is responsible for inspecting residential and light commercial properties, performing field measurements, and overseeing a state-mandated cyclical inspection program. Additionally, since August 2011, Kevin has worked as an Independent Contractor focusing on data collection for property revaluation, conducting onsite measurements, and verifying exterior property data. Previously, from June 2001 to March 2009, Kevin held multiple positions at Aviva Life Insurance, including Structured Settlements Workflow Coordinator and AWD Senior Business Analyst, where responsibilities included analyzing work volumes and identifying operational bottlenecks. Kevin holds a Bachelor's degree in Television & Radio Production from Eastern Nazarene College.
