Alex Wurst

Alex Wurst, MBA, currently serves as the Municipal Project Manager for the Town of Secaucus since September 2015 and has been a Firefighter with the Secaucus Fire Department since May 1994, holding the title of Auto Extrication Technician with certification in New Jersey. Prior to these roles, Alex was the Operations Manager for Verizon Telecom from October 2007 to September 2015, overseeing a field team of 24 responsible for landline telecommunications and broadband services. Alex's career began at Verizon (formerly Bell Atlantic) as a Facilities Technician and Cable Maintenance specialist from August 1997 to October 2007, and earlier experience includes working as a Welder and Iron Worker at Amico Iron Works from May 1995 to August 1997. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Saint Peter's University, along with an Associate's degree in Computer Electronic Engineering from Rets Institute.
