Razzaq Manley

Razzaq Manley is an experienced civil engineer currently serving as a General Engineer at the Town of Secaucus since February 2020. Previously, Razzaq held the position of Principal Engineer at Hazen and Sawyer from July 2017 to February 2020 and worked as a Senior Civil Engineer at Southeast Morris County MUA from December 2016 to June 2017. Prior experience includes roles at the New York City Department of Environmental Protection as an Assistant Civil Engineer and at Newark Watershed Conservation and Development Corporation as a Principal Engineer. Early career experience includes internships at J Fletcher Creamer and Son and MZM Construction Co. Inc. Razzaq holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both obtained from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
