Eric Hennessee

Eric Hennessee is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Assistant Town Attorney for the Town of Smyrna since March 2020. Prior to this role, Eric was a Partner at Mitchell & Mitchell Attorneys at Law from December 2006 to March 2020. Eric holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from The University of Memphis—Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, earned between 2003 and 2006, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology and Psychology from Lipscomb University, completed in 2002.
