Sandra Duran is an experienced facilities management professional with a robust background spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Combined Facility Director for the Town of Sudbury since May 2022, Sandra has previously held leadership roles including Director of Facilities at St. Mark's School and Director of Facilities and Property Management at Perkins School for the Blind. Sandra's expertise includes overseeing extensive property management operations, directing maintenance for millions of square feet of state buildings, and managing real estate programs for the City of Boston. Sandra's educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University.
