Avery Messman

Avery Messman currently serves as Pool Manager and previously as Assistant Pool Manager for the Town of Superior, overseeing lifeguard operations and ensuring pool safety. As a student at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, expected to graduate in 2027 with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, Avery maintains a strong academic focus. Previous experiences include an internship at CU Sports Medicine and Performance Center, where shadowing athletic trainers and physical therapists provided valuable insight into the healthcare field, and roles as a lifeguard, customer operations specialist at Derailleur Hanger, and dog trainer at Dog Tag, each contributing to comprehensive skills in safety, customer service, and teamwork.
