Matthew MacDonald

Matthew MacDonald has extensive experience in law enforcement and program coordination. Beginning a career with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Program Coordinator from October 1997 until September 2002, Matthew transitioned to the Town of Swampscott, where roles included Police Officer and currently Police Sergeant since September 2002. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree from Salem State University, completed between 1989 and 1997, and a High School Diploma from Swampscott High School, earned from 1984 to 1988.
